Facilities to support our public or quasi-public institutions are an important part of the mid-Atlantic economy. We have undertaken a number of projects directly for end users, but we have worked more with developers who secured the right to build new facilities for Government Agencies.
Our projects have ranged from smaller churches, repurposing of a 25,000 SF building for the REOSA Armed Forces, to a 20,000 SF of space fit-up for FEMA, to a 20,000 SF private elementary school, to 350,000 SF office facility for USDA, to 250,000 SF of secure and shielded data center for DMA.
