This 1970’s 100K SF building was originally designed by DNC to be leased to GSA as laboratory and warehouse space. DNC designed a full building renovation of the building skin and interior public spaces to allow for the re-positioning of the Element building, which was proposed to be leased as cutting-edge loft space for the biotech or high-tech market.
This project ultimately received a LEED Gold Certification.
